I bet right now you're feeling stuffed!!!! key word here being STUFFED!!!! Ah ah, me too!!! As I know many of you Love natural organic remedies, here is a quick home made recipe I found in this amazing book by James Wong
It's called Seaweed Stomach Soother:
For this you will need:
* 2 cups of Irish Moss, you can find this at Neil's Yard for example,

* 4 tbsp Mint leaves, ditto
* 500mL Water
* 125mL Glycerine, you can find this in you supermarket at the baking section
* 4tbsp Bicarbonate of Soda, same as Glycerine
* a saucepan
* a liquidizer
* a sieve
* a muslin
* a sterilized bottle
How to do?
* Simmer the Irish moss, fennel and mint in water for 20-30min or until the water has halfed its volume.
* Blend it all and add glycerine
* Strain through a sieve, covered with a muslin
* Let it cool down
* Whisk in the bicarbonate
* Keep it in a sterilized bottle, in the fridge for up to 1 month
* Take 2 tsp when you feel bad
How to sterilize a bottle?
Well, the easiest is to leave a bottle in boiling water for at least 10 minutes!
